Sweden
Blocket.se was established in 1996 and has grown from being a regional company into one of Sweden's largest online classifieds sites. This online classifieds site is the market leader in its category and is ranked as one of Sweden’s five largest websites. Seven out of ten Swedes have bought or sold something via Blocket. Schibsted Classified Media acquired Blocket in 2003 and has exported the concept to several other countries with huge success. SCM’s ownership interest: 100%.
Bytbil.com started up in 1997 as one of the first online classifieds sites for cars in Sweden and was aimed exclusively at car dealers. Today, approx. 95 percent of all Swedish car dealers use Bytbil. The website was acquired by Schibsted Classified Media in 2003. SCM’s ownership interest: 100%.
France
Leboncoin.fr was launched in France in April 2006 and was Schibsted Classified Media’s second rollout of the Swedish Blocket concept and technology in Southern Europe. Leboncoin.fr is by far the leading online classifieds website in France, and among the 10 most visited web sites in France overall. From 30 November 2010 Leboncoin.fr is wholly owned by Schibsted Classified Media.
Italy
Subito.it was launched in Italy in January 2007. This online classifieds site for buying and selling is based on the Swedish Blocket concept and technology, and was Schibsted Classified Media’s third rollout of this service in Southern Europe. Today Subito is the leading player in its segment. SCM’s ownership interest: 100%.
Infojobs.it for jobs and recruitment was launched in Italy in 2004 and acquired by Schibsted Classified Media in July 2005. The concept and technology originates from the Spanish parent company InfoJobs.es. SCM’s ownership interest: 72.9%.
Spain
Segundamano.es The Spanish online classifieds site Segundamano.es for purchases of all sizes was acquired by Schibsted Classified Media in June 2006. This online classifieds business is based on the same technological platform as Blocket in Sweden. Segundamano.es is the market leader in the Spanish generalist market. SCM’s ownership interest: 76.23%.
fotocasa.es is one of the two market-leading real estate portals in Spain. Acquired in July 2006 by Schibsted Classified Media. SCM’s ownership interest: 76.23%.
coches.net is the market-leading online classifieds site for motor vehicles in Spain. Acquired in July 2006 by Schibsted Classified Media. SCM’s ownership interest: 76.23%.

Kapaza.be The Belgian online classifieds site Kapaza! was acquired by Schibsted Classified Media in May 2008. The website was migrated to the Swedish Blocket platform in June 2010 and is now bilingual in Flemish and French. SCM’s ownership interest: 100%.

Mudah.my was launched in Malaysia in December 2007 and is a 50/50 joint venture between Schibsted Classified Media (SCM) and Singapore Press Holdings. This online classifieds site for buying and selling was Schibsted Classified Media’s first venture in Asia based on the Swedish Blocket concept and technology. Today, Mudah is among the top 10 sites overall in the Malaysian internet and the most visited local site in Malaysia.
