Schibsted Talks: Meet Antoine Jouteau

CEO Antoine Jouteau in Leboncoin.fr gives us the insight on how it is to work for Frances biggest classified site and their future challenges.

Schibsted Talks is a web TV program that allows you to meet and listen to some of the engaging people who work in Schibsted Media Group. In the fifth episode we meet Antoine Jouteau in French classifieds site Leboncoin.fr.

Leboncoin.fr was launched in France in April 2006 and was Schibsted Media Groups second rollout of the Swedish Blocket concept in Southern Europe. Leboncoin.fr is by far the leading online classifieds website in France, and among the 10 most visited web sites in France overall.

 

“I started working for Leboncoin in 2009, early in the adventure. Today we have 900.000 new ads every day and 7 million unique visitors per day. It is a company growing fast. 300 people are working in the company, and we will be hiring 100 more this year.”
