At present, the Group Council has 32 representatives elected by employees in 21 election districts as well as six representatives of the Group management. The Group Council meets twice a year.
The objective of the Group Council is to promote development, motivation, co-responsibility and mutual trust between the management and employees.
The Council is to be a forum for the transfer and development of expertise across national boundaries and the employees’ professional, organisational and company ties.
