Flagging notices

The Security Trading Act of 29 June 2007 establishes rules for when flagging of stock ownership must take place.

Translated extract from § 4-2 (2)

“If a stock owner’s or other person’s share of stocks and/or rights to stocks reaches, passes or falls below 5 percent, 10 percent, 15 percent, 20 percent, 25 percent, 1/3, 50 percent, 2/3 and 90 percent of the equity or a corresponding share of votes as a result of acquisition, divestment or other circumstance, the person must give notice to the issuer and to The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway or to the one The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway appoints.”
