Schibsted’s primary insiders are persons who are in possession of information which may affect Schibsted’s share price. Directors, senior employees and the auditor are examples of primary insiders. These are subject to particularly stringent rules when trading in the Schibsted share.
All share dealings carried out by primary insiders are to be notified to the Oslo Stock Exchange.
