E24.no is a collaboration between Aftenposten (60%) and VG (40%), both of which are owned by Schibsted after the same ownership pattern of E24 in Sweden. The goal from the very outset was to become Norway’s biggest website for economics and industry in short order – a goal that was reached almost immediately.
Besides its own material, E24 also makes use of material produced by one of its two owners, Aftenposten and VG. If you click your way to the economics news in Aftenposten’s or VG’s online editions, you will be linked to E24.no. The website also collaborates with Kampanje and neNyheter.no.
E24 is a full-fledged, online business newspaper, one that doesn’t make do with a smattering of stock exchange notices and share prices, but features commentary and analysis, as well.
