Notice of the Annual General Meeting will only be issued electronically to shareholders who have not explicitly asked to receive written notice by letter post. Complete and return the form you received along with the notice or register electronically on Schibsted’s website (you will need the PIN code and reference number that was issued along with the notice). It is also possible to register by contacting Schibsted’s registrar.

How can I exercise my right to vote if I do not attend the Annual General Meeting?

You may submit a proxy form. This can also be done electronically on Schibsted’s website (you will need the PIN code and reference number that was issued along with the notice).

How can I obtain information regarding the resolutions discussed at the previous Annual General Meeting?
